The Escape Bus – New Escape Room in Orange County

Maruska —  September 9, 2016

The Escape Bus is Orange County’s first escape room and it opens to the public on Saturday September 10th and Sunday September 11th. The Escape Bus is a real-life escape game where you and other participants need to solve some fun and challenging puzzles and clues in order to be able to escape from a 30-foot school bus.

This is a great activity for a group of friends to celebrate a birthday or a special occasion or even for a unique date night. The best part is that the Escape Bus will come to you, so you can enjoy this one-of-a-kind interactive adventure anywhere you are.

I tried it out this morning, and I had a blast. I don’t want to give you all the details since I don’t want to spoil it for you, but all I am going to say is…you need to try it out! It was thrilling, intriguing, exciting, challenging, but most of all it was an escape from the ordinary.

The year is 2033. You are part of an elite hacker consortium and you’ve been caught. Now, you’re on your way to prison, locked away in a maximum-security transport that formerly housed working police escorts. Today, the transports are all automated, and there has never been a breach. You’ll have to work together, use your surroundings, and outsmart the bus if you ever want to see the light of day again. Will you breach the Firewall and escape before your time runs out? Or will you spend the rest of your days in a tiny cell?
