Snoopy House – Peanuts characters

Maruska —  December 13, 2017

snoopy-houseIf you are looking for a free easy holiday event, stop by the Snoopy House. They have cute holiday displays with Peanuts characters. Kids can also ride a model train for free, get apple cider for free and visit Santa for free. They even take a picture and frame it for you…for free. It is a really cute event and worth a visit.

For hours and address, click here.

Walk around the Dana Point Harbor to enjoy beautiful holiday lights and lots of free family activities including crafts, photo opportunities, games, pictures with Santa, live entertainment, and prizes. Afterwards you can have dinner at one of the many local restaurants and watch the boat parade, if you’d like. We got there around 4:30pm and it was perfect, with no traffic and plenty of free parking. We only stayed for the activities and the kids had a blast. Parking Tips:

If you get there early you can look for free parking at the Harbor main parking lot at the corner of Dana Point Harbor Drive and Street of the Golden Lantern. Another free option is the Baby Beach parking lot or any beach parking lots that you see on your left side as you drive towards the Ocean Institute. The easiest parking is the Doheny State Beach parking lot but it is $3 per hour. A trolley runs up and down Dana Point Harbor Drive and will take you to the Harbor for free.
